FIELD CHARADA COOKIES: (6 UNITS)

Field Charada cookies are a classic Peruvian confectionery product, consisting of crispy chocolate-flavored cookie sandwiches with a creamy vanilla filling. They are produced by the Field company and are very popular as a snack or treat in Peru. They have a texture similar to Oreo cookies and are sold in individual packages and multi-packs.

Ingredients:

Fortified wheat flour (iron, niacin, zinc, thiamine, riboflavin and folic acid), sugar, vegetable shortening, vegetable oil, cocoa powder, invert sugar syrup, caramel color III – ammonia caramel (natural coloring), salt, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), sunflower lecithin (emulsifier), artificial flavors, brown color [red No. 40, blue No. 1, yellow No. 6] (artificial colors).
